AGAP2-AS1 regulated cell proliferation in SKOV3.ip, OVCAR3 and HO8910 cells. Proliferation assays showed that downregulation of AGAP2-AS1 contributed to cell proliferation in SKOV3.ip and OVCAR3 cells, while upregulation of AGAP2-AS1 suppressed HO8910 cell growth.
