Step 1: 94 pools, each composed of 10 samples, were screened on an RT-PCR–based method. Of these 94 pools, 4 (ie, pools 11, 23, 59, and 90) showed amplification of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 and N and ORF1ab genes.
