Results of quantitative analyses of dynamic PET data. Mean (± sd) values for Patlak Ki (Ki_P) [mL/cm3/min], SA K1 (K1_SA) [mL/cm3/min], SA Ki (Ki_SA) [mL/cm3/min], Logan Vt (Vt_L) [mL/cm3] and the compartmental model Ki (Ki_CM) [mL/cm3/min] in primary tumor and healthy lung. A double input SA was used to investigate the volumes of distribution of the parent and of the metabolite in the lesions. VT_par and VT_metab are the volumes of distribution for the parent and the metabolite, respectively. Parent and metabolite both contribute to the final PET signal.
