GTT and ITT were performed at 14 weeks on indicated diets as described in the Materials and Methods. Cre^neg and Pdgfrα-Cre^pos groups consisted of 7 mice each for HFD and 6 mice each for control diet. Error bars represent standard error of the mean. Asterisks above the curve represent statistical significance of comparisons of individual time points using 2-way ANOVA with multiple comparisons without corrections using Fishers LSD in GraphPad Prism. * <0.05, **<0.01. Analysis of AUC of overall glucose levels comparing different genotypes was also performed but no statistically significant differences were observed in any of the above comparison.
