Effect of KP-13 on memory consolidation of the MWM test. (A and B) kisspeptin (1.5 µg/µL) treated group learned the task as the control group. (C and D) but the injection of KP-13 after training each day, significantly improved the memory consolidation comparing to the saline group as it is shown by decreasing the mean escape latency and increasing the time spent in the target zone. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 compared to the control group.
