AcSDKP stimulation cancel the TGFβ1‐driven extracellular acidification in high glucose condition. (a) Measurement of basal extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) in the AcSDKP‐intervened TGFβ1‐treated HK‐2 cells with basal glucose (5 mM) and high glucose (25 mM) was measured with an XF96 Extracellular Flux Analyser (Seahorse Bioscience). Seven wells in each group were analysed. Results were normalized by μg protein in each well. (b) Lactate release. (c) Intracellular ATP level in the AcSDKP‐intervened TGFβ1‐treated HK‐2 cells with high glucose (25 mM) was measured using commercial kit. Seven wells in each group were analysed.
