af In KYSE30 and EC109 cells co-transfected with miR-1224-5p inhibitor and TNS4 siRNAs, western blotting, qRT-PCR and ELISA assays were used to analyse the protein levels of TNS4, EGFR, EFNA1 and VEGFA, and the mRNA levels of EFNA1 and VEGFA in the ESCC cell supernatant. gk CCK-8 and colony formation assays were used to analyse the proliferation ability of co-transfected cells. ln Transwell assays were performed to examine the migration and invasion abilities of co-transfected cells.
