To address missing data on CPC scores, rates of survival with CPC of 1 or 2 were calculated by determining the proportion of survivors with CPC of 1 or 2 among all survivors with available CPC data and multiplying that proportion by the overall survival rate.

Similarly, rates of survival with CPC of 1 were calculated by determining the proportion of survivors with CPC of 1 among all survivors with available CPC data and multiplying that proportion by the overall survival rate.
