FK506 inhibits TNF-α-induced lymphangiogenesis. Lung lymphatic endothelial cells were grown in 6 well dishes and treated or not with FK506 for 48 h (15 ng/ml). Cells were then placed on Matrigel and treated as indicated with or without TNF-α (100 ng/ml) or FK506 (15 ng/ml) for 16 h.
