Both DK‐520 and Niclosamide inhibit the transcription factor PU.1 mRNA in OCPs. Following induction of osteoclast differentiation, the cells were treated with vehicle DMSO, DK‐520, or Niclosamide at the indicated doses daily for 2 consecutive days. The relative levels of PU.1 mRNA transcripts were measured using qRT‐PCR. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD of each group from three separate experiments.
