Balb/c mice were immunized with nanovaccine loaded with LPS and quillaja saponin (immunoadjuvant) at day 0, boosted at day 14 (week 2) by the intranasal route. The antibody responses in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were assessed by ELISA. (A) Brucella specific IgA responses assessed in samples collected on day 42 (week 6), and (B) Brucella specific IgG responses assessed in samples collected on day 42 (week 6). Values are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 6 for all groups).
