IgG2a/IgG1 ratios in Balb/c mice at weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. All the treatment groups showed IgG2a/IgG1 ratios >1 for all of the 6 weeks post priming implying Th1 polarization, except the control group which demonstrated the genetic Th2 polarization in Balb/c mice as reported in literature.
