Anti–HIV evaluation of the fractions obtained from A. campestris. MT–2 cells were infected with a recombinant HIV–1 (NL4.3–Ren. 100.000 RLUs or 20 ng p24/well) in the presence of different concentrations of the 18 fractions. Results were obtained 48 h later in a luminometer using the Renilla assay system. IC₅₀ were calculated using Prism v8.0 (GraphPad Software). IC₅₀: Inhibitory concentration 50%; CI95%: Confidence interval 95%.
