Education duration and medium	“The video can be longer than 3 min. If you are interested enough, you will watch it however long it is. Watching it on a cell phone is the best, because then you can watch it anywhere.”
Education frequency	“I think it is important to receive education frequently, not just once. When I left the hospital, I was not able to focus on anything and I do not remember much, so giving me information at that time is not helpful. Also, you start to become lax about following treatment after more time passes.”
