Analysis of FTAT2 expression levels based on clinical samples. (A) We compared the Western blotting results of 30 pairs of BLBC tissues and adjacent normal tissues. The 30 linear graphs had same tendency. In each pair, the expression level of BLBC was higher than normal tissues. (B) The Western blotting results of four paired tissues revealed that the expression level of BLBC was significantly higher in that in adjacent normal tissues. (C) The expression of FRAT2 was significantly higher in tumor tissue (t-test =9.726, P=9.16×10−19). FRAT2, frequently rearranged in advanced T-cell lymphomas 2; BLBC, Basal-like breast cancer.
