Weighted average consumption of sweet beverages (g/day) SB–NEW vs. SB–CUR by sweet beverage category and by sex and age group. SB–NEW includes all beverages. SB–CUR excludes 100% juices (no added sugar), milk beverages, and other beverages, with added sugar or sweetener, as defined in Table 1. All results were weighted for sex, age, marital status, major area of Switzerland, nationality, and household size. Differences in the means between SB–CUR and SB–NEW by all stratifiers and within stratifiers were statistically significant with ANOVA (p < 0.001).
