K10-positive (K10pos) cells belong to a mature luminal compartment. Immunofluorescence on normal breast tissue sections stained for K10 (green) and (A) cKIT, (B) Ks20.8, and (C) Ki67 (red). Although staining of K10 and cKIT or Ki67 segregated into different cells, K10pos cells were confined to a subset of Ks20.8pos cells.
