Effects of LHMW on the protein expression of tyrosinase, TRP1, and DCT. α-MSH alone or simultaneously with LHMW was added to B16 cells and cultured for 24 h. The protein expression levels of tyrosinase, TRP1, and DCT were analyzed by Western blotting and normalized to that of β-actin.
