Effect of LHMW on MITF expression. α-MSH alone or simultaneously with LHMW was added to B16 cells and cultured for 3 h. The mRNA (A) and protein (B) expression levels of MITF were analyzed by real-time PCR and Western blotting and normalized to those of β-actin and GAPDH, respectively.
