PCS scores were calculated with GSVA using the ssGSEA method, and the values were compared to RRM2 mRNA expression levels divided by quantiles. The differences between pairs are statistically significant except for those labeled as N.S. (not significant). Significance was determined using Wilcoxon's rank‐sum test.
