Charts (A,C) present absolute reductions in FID in Hcy preconditioned arterioles compared to corresponding unconditioned arterioles. Charts (B,D) present absolute reduction in FID caused by L-NAME in Hcy preconditioned arterioles compared with baseline FID after Hcy incubation.
