(A) Equal amounts of RPE/choroid extracts (15 µg/lane) were loaded per lane, probed for mouse IgG (top blot) and IgM (middle blot), and band intensities quantified. Arbitrary values were established based on normalization with β-actin (bottom blot). Age-matched animals exposed to room air were compared with those raised in smoke and immunized with control or oxidized elastin.
