After 24 h, the animals were injected with pilocarpine hydrochloride in a dose of 30 mg/kg b.w. PGu was given in doses 25 and 50 mg/kg twice and the second dose was given 1 h before piloarpine. Data are presented as median (25th, 75th percentile) and analyzed by Kruskal–Wallis and Dunn’s as a post-hoc test.
