LiCl was injected at a dose of (mEq/kg b.w., i.p.). After 24 h, the animals were injected with pilocarpine hydrochloride at a dose of 30 mg/kg b.w. PGu was given in doses of 25 and 50 mg/kg twice and the second dose was given 1 h before pilocarpine. Data are presented as mean ± S.E.
