HPLC evaluation of LXW7 conjugation on collagen hydrogel. The elution of unbound free SILY-(LXW7)2 into the incubating PBS was quantified using HPLC. The peak of SILY-(LXW7)2 was not shown until the amount of SILY-(LXW7)2 used to modify collagen hydrogel was up to 5 nmol/mg, and the peaks increased as the amount of SILY-(LXW7)2 increased.
