Chemical characterization of Pseudomonas aeruginosa RTE4 derived biosurfactant (Test) by using (A) Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC): TLC plate run in a solvent system of chloroform: methanol: water (65:25:4) and developed with anisaldehyde reagent (H₂SO_4: anisaldehyde: glacial acetic acid; 1: 0.5: 50) and indicated typical green color spots of rhamnolipid (B) FTIR spectrum.
