IDPs, Sig SNPs, Loci, Lead SNPs are the number of IDPs in the set, number of genome-wide significant SNPs identified by aMAT, number of independent risk loci, number of lead SNPs in the identified risk loci, respectively. Novel SNPs is the number of lead SNPs that were ignored by any individual GWAS at genome-wide significance level (5 × 10−8).
