1 Gender, age, and ethnicity statistics for the British Columbia (BC) population were obtained from the Canada 2016 Census data [17]. The age data were approximations, given that the categories used by Statistics Canada (20–24, 25–34, 35–44, 45–54, 55–64, and 65+ years) were slightly different than those used in this study.
