Biotransformation of AFB1 in PCB126-preincubated BFH12 cells. Concentrations of AFB1, AFM1, and aflatoxicol (AFL) were measured in the medium and in cellular pellets after 48 h of exposure to 3.6 μM AFB1 (i.e., at the end of the experiment, T96 h).
