Secoemestrin C treatment inhibits the production of serum proinflammatory cytokines in Con A-challenged mice. Serum was prepared from blood collected 8 h after Con A injection. Serum levels of IFN-γ (A), IL-2 (B), IL-6 (C), IL-17 (D), TNF-α (E), and IL-4 (F) were quantified by cytometric bead array kit.
