ECSW promotes the migration of EPCs through the PI3K/AKT and MEK/ERK signaling pathways. The transwell chamber assay was used to measure the migration capacity of EPCs in different groups, and the number of migrated cells was counted using an inverted microscope. ECSW improved the migration of EPCs while pretreatment with PI3K/AKT inhibitor LY294002 or MEK/ERK inhibitor PD98059 inhibited this effect of ECSW. Scale bar =100 μm.
