Regorafenib promotes dendritic spine formation in primary hippocampal neurons and in the brains of 5x FAD mice. (AB) Primary hippocampal neurons were transfected with GFP and treated with regorafenib (5 µM) or vehicle (1% DMSO) for 24 h before measuring dendritic spine density (Veh, n = 20; regorafenib, n = 21).
