Kinetics of the killing activity of SUNCs against H. pylori ATCC 43504 and the clinical isolate H. pylori 23 by SUNCs. Antibacterial activity was evaluated in RPMI Megacell with 3% FCS in the presence or absence of the SUNCs concentrations for different time points. The MIC value of H. pylori ATCC 43504 (A) and clinical H. pylori 23 (B) was 0.33 mg/L. The data are expressed as mean CFU ± SD recovered from three different experiments performed in duplicate.
