Homologies were determined using Protein BLAST from WormBase ParaSite (https://parasite.wormbase.org/index.html) with the protein sequences of the 194 C. elegans chemoreceptors described by Taniguchi et al. (2014) against the following proteome databases: Bursaphelenchus_xylophilus_prjea64437, Meloidogyne_arenaria_prjna438575 and Meloidogyne_incognita_prjeb8714, Globodera_rostochiensis_prjeb13504, and Heterodera_glycines_prjna381081 using the default setting.
