(2014) against the following proteome databases: Bursaphelenchus_xylophilus_prjea64437, Meloidogyne_arenaria_prjna438575 and Meloidogyne_incognita_prjeb8714, Globodera_rostochiensis_prjeb13504, and Heterodera_glycines_prjna381081 using the default setting.
