Table 2.

Dry mass of rosettes of wild-type and ugt80A2,B1 plants in response to severe heat stress at 30 d of age. Dry masses of untreated rosettes were determined after harvest at 30 d and 42 d. Treated rosettes were harvested 12 d after the onset of a 12 h, 45 °C heat treatment. The dry masses of wild-type and ugt80A2,B1 double mutant rosettes were not significantly different under any condition, as evaluated by Student’s t-test (p < 0.05).
