Effect of NOM on IL‐1β–induced NF‐κB activation. Chondrocytes were pre‐treated with various concentrations of NOM (0, 5 and 10 μmol/L) for 2 h, followed by stimulation with or without IL‐1β (10 ng/mL) for 1 h. The protein expressions of IκBα in cytoplasm and p65 in nuclear in chondrocytes were visualized by Western blotting (A) and quantified in (B). The nuclei translocation of p65 was detected by the immunofluorescence combined with DAPI staining for nuclei (C, original magnification × 400, scale bar: 10 µm).
