Multifocal cSLO imaging was performed longitudinally in 16 Rho-GFP+ photoreceptor cell transplanted mice. Imaging biomarkers, including graft size, fluorescence intensity, graft length, graft placement, lamination, and complication, were scored in each mouse. Lamination scoring was applied to retinal sheet grafts (n = 3 eyes) only, considering their initially laminated structures. The score changes of individual imaging biomarker were quantified from the observation start time (week 1 or month 1) to the termination (up to 3 months). The number of eyes showing each possible magnitude of score change is listed in the table. NA, Not applicable.
