C, the differential expression of selected cytokines was verified by qRT-PCR of RNA samples isolated from EDMs used in panel B. D–F, the supernatants from the EDMs of WT or Neil2 KO mice, either untreated (Un) or infected with H. pylori (Hp), were further verified by ELISA for KC, MCP-1, and IL-6 expression.
