Functional connectivity (Pearson correlation) was calculated for each pair of ROIs to create connectivity matrix for each subject. For every edge, a multiple regression was performed with connectivity as the dependent variable and MBI‐C, MoCA, and UPDRS‐III as the predictor variables.
