Cell proliferation in SW480 colon cancer cell line transfected with MALAT1 siRNA, detected by CCK-8 assay. MALAT1 knockout had an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of colon cancer cells, with a statistically significant difference compared to untreated control group at 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h (*p < 0.05).
