Assessment of intracellular ROS in cumulus-oocyte complexes (COC) based on 2′, 7′-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA) staining. Ovine COC were matured in vitro without (control) or with IL-7 (1 or 5 ng/ml) supplementation and stained with DCFH-DA. The green color DCF fluorescence represents ROS.
