Effects of bisacurone on phosphorylation of AMPKα and ACCα in HepG2 cells. Cell treatment is the same as shown in Fig. 3. The phosphorylation and expression levels of AMPKα and ACCα were determined by western blotting. A typical representative result was shown from the three independent experiments. Density of specific band for phosphorylated protein was normalized by that of corresponding protein expression. Data are the mean ± SE.
