Effect of 35.2-GHz millimeter wave (MMW) exposure on A375 cell viability (relative to the sham group). The cells were seeded in 96-well plate after MMW exposure in monolayer by 35.2-GHz MMW for 0, 15, 30, 60, and 90 minutes. The cell viability was assessed using CCK-8 after MMW exposure for 4 hours. The results are expressed in terms of the ratio of the optical density in the exposed and sham groups. Each point represents the mean ± standard deviation (SD) of 6 replicates, and 3 independent experiments were performed. Values with statistically significant difference (P < .05) are marked with asterisks. CCK-8 indicates cell counting kit-8.
