circTNPO3 Knockdown Inhibited PTX Resistance by Upregulating miR-1299 in PTX-Resistant OC Cells

(A) qRT-PCR analysis showed that miR-1299 expression was obviously upregulated in si-circTNPO3-transfected SKOV3/PTX and HeyA-8/PTX cells. (B) Relative expression of miR-1299 in a panel of ovarian cancer cell lines. (C) Relative expression of miR-1299 in PTX-resistant ovarian cancer and PTX-sensitive ovarian cancer. (D) circTNPO3 knockdown-induced decrease of cell growth was partially restored by miR-1299 inhibition. (E) Silence of miR-1299 effectively attenuated the promoting effect of circTNPO3 knockdown on PTX-induced apoptosis. (F) Silence of miR-1299 effectively attenuated the promoting effect of circTNPO3 knockdown on PTX-induced apoptosis. All tests were performed at least three times.
