Kortikosteroide	Prednisolon (Solu-Decortin)	Prednisolon(äquivalent) p.o./i.v. 40–50 mg/Tag über 5 Tage (danach abrupt absetzen)
Methylxanthine (aktuell keine Empfehlung)	Theophyllin (Euphyllin)	Initialdosis ohne Vortherapie: 4–5 mg/kg KG i.v. innerhalb 20 min Initialdosis mit Theophyllin-Vortherapie: 2–3 mg/kg KG i.v. innerhalb 20 min Erhaltungsdosis: 0,5–0,7 mg/kg KG/h als kontinuierliche Infusion bzw. i.v.-Perfusor, ggf.
