Apoptosis was assessed in cerebellum samples using TUNEL assay. (A) Shown are photomicrographs from gRNA-TAF1 edited animals and gRNA-TAF1 edited animals treated with SAK3. The data from the control groups can be found in the Supplementary data. Note SAK3 reduced the number of TUNEL positive cells in gRNA-TAF1 edited animals. (B) Summary of the number of TUNEL positive cells in each of the experimental conditions.
