χ 2 tests were used to analyze the correlation between the expression level of ISOC1 and clinical features. The median expression level was used as the cutoff. Low expression of ISOC1 in 53 patients was classified as values below the 50th percentile. High ISOC1 expression in 53 patients was classified as values above the 50th percentile.
*P < 0.05 indicates the statistical significance.
