Approach A is universal lymphadenectomy, Approach B uses tumor pathologic features including grade, tumor diameter, and depth of myometrial invasion to determine need for pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy, and Approach C used sentinel lymph nodes, assuming a 50% bilateral mapping rate and 80% unilateral mapping rate.
