(c) Average cellular persistence (i) and average velocity (ii) at low and high density showing both leaders and non-leader cells are more persistent and migrate faster at high SDH. Further, leader cells showed significantly higher persistence and higher velocity than non-leaders at high SDH, while at low SDH, difference between leaders and non-leaders was found to be insignificant.
