Once the tumor volume reached 100 mm3, the mice were randomly divided into four groups for the treatment with saline, cabazitaxel, cabazitaxel-loaded unmodified micelle, and cabazitaxel-loaded DUPA-coupled micelle. The formulations were administered at 5 mg cabazitaxel/kg via the tail vein on days 2, 5, and 8. (A) Tumor growth curves. The results are presented as the mean ± SEM (n=7).
